Return & Refund Policy

At Made by Derya, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the following circumstance:

Damaged goods upon arrival If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at madebyderyaa@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once we review your claim and confirm the damage, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable situations We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or colour chosen by the customer
• Items that have been used or altered
